Full Moon Cacao, Yin & Gong Evening

The full moon energy presents an opening to release that which is ready to be released, so that we may move forward with new intentions onto a clearer path. Through heart-expanding ceremonial grade cacao, intention setting, meditation, breathwork, some yin poses to release physical tension, plus the immense healing power of the gong and sound - this evening will be a cleansing, grounding, heart-opening evening of healing and letting go and coming back to ourselves with total unconditional love.
