February Full Moon Sound Ceremony

February’s Full Moon is a powerful one! The second full moon of the year aids us in shedding the remnants of last years skin, as we step forward into the newness of ourselves that this year births.

With intention, we guide our body to full physical, emotional and spiritual healiby. These evenings offer you a check point - a time to be alone with yourself and check in with what’s going on and where you’re headed and how.

With delicious ceremonial grade cacao, yin yoga with bolsters, guided meditation & breathwork, and the immense healing vibrations of sound - come in your warm cosy pjs with blankets and cushions, and cosy in for an evening of deeply restorative bliss.

(This full moon also falls on my 33rd birthday - magical alignment which excites me alot! 🙊)
