This 6-Week course offers a deep dive into Breathwork, a powerful healing modality known for its ability to cleanse and reset.
An immersion into Breathwork is really the best way to experience this tool, as no two experiences are the same, in fact, each experience is often completely different to the last. Bringing up, releasing and bringing guidance on what is ready to be pulled into the light.
Throughout the course we dive deep in other ways and with other healing tools, from yoga to somatic movement, pranayama to meditation, non violent communication and authentic relating, voice work to sound healing, and so much more. This is no ordinary course, and all these elements aid us in receiving the most expansive growth possible. Making these 6-weeks a time of real, deep, authentic transformation.
